Company-Profil Dansk Skalform A/S consists of three plants on two locations, two shellcasting-foundrys and one lost-wax precisionscasting-foundry. As shellcasting-foundry Dansk Skalform A/S is the biggest of it's kind in Northern Europe.
Product Dansk Skalform A/S fabricate small, maschinemoulded, complicated thin-walled castings up to 30 kg. Dansk Skalform A/S supply almost any alloy including Ductile iron, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Bronce. We have our own patternshop with 3-D Cad/Cam software and CNC milling machines. Dansk Skalform A/S has experience in castings made by the Rapid Prototyping method. Machining of castings is done in own millingdepartment.
History Dansk Skalform A/S was founded in 1975 by foundry-engineer Dipl.Ing. Holger Dissing, who owns 100% of the company. The positive development of the company has through the years made a demand for more space and more employees. Today the are 11.760m² under cover at a 86.000m² large area and around 110 employees. The turnover was in 2007/2008 at 10,9 mill. Euro. Eksportshare was 65 % with the european automotiveindustri as one of the biggest customers.
