Production - Pattern
All patterns are made in own patternshop with state-of the art cad/cam equipment like Pro/Engineer, Cimatron and SolidEdge on HighSpeed CNC-machines. Drawings sent on E-mail has to be below 20 Mb, and should be compressed due to the risk of chanching the dataformat. 3D-Cad-files can be recieved by Odette-OFTP.

Production - Shellmould
All shellmoulds and cores are made of sand after the Croning-method on mouldingplants and coreshooters of own design and construction.

Production - LostWax
The production of ceramicsshells is made after the LostWax-method. Each part is made in wax in accurate diecast-tools. The wax-parts are then coated in ceramics on fully automatic robot-plants. After having build up the ceramicsshell, the wax is melted out and the shell burnt. Now the shell is ready for casting.
This method gives high accuracy and smooth surfaces.

Productions- og Quality-control
 All productionrelated departments are connected in a computernetwork, where a production- and qualitycontrolsystem ensure a back-trace of orders and quality.
Parts and tools are measured in a coordinate measuring machine against the CAD-part.
